Ooops! I was sick Monday and missed making and posting my menu! Feeling a bit better today. At least better enough to realize my family needs to eat. So, here's what I put together...
Tuesday: Hot Dogs, Sweet Potato Fries, Cole Slaw
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken Quesadillas with Mango Salsa, Salad
Thursday: Pork Tenderloin with figs and onions, rice, green beans
Friday: C.O.R.N.
Saturday: Sesame-Orange Shrimp, Snow Peas, Rice
